Spotted this sign near Sydenham Park.

The graphic looks like a mind map but the message is so unexpected. I wonder if one of the versions was a person with 5 dogs and negative line through it; no doubt someone could argue they had 6 dogs and therefore they were ok.

The sign doesn’t work as it needs text, the rule is possibly not enforceable and is anyone policing this ‘issue’?! Who thinks of these rules and how can I get a job making these signs?
